blue
I’ll say it again,
Though I’ve said it before.
I’ll run out of breath,
As you choose to ignore.
I know that I’m talking,
My voice isn’t broken.
So why is it that,
You don’t hear what I’ve spoken?
You simply choose,
To let my words go.
You say you forgot,
Or you just didn’t know.
But I know that you hear me,
You nod and comply.
But when I turn my back,
Your nod’s now a lie.
I’ll say it again,
Because that’s what I do.
I’ll say it again,
‘Til my face turns blue.
